Russell Lewis MC
Russell is a decorated British Army officer with over 20 years of service, including receiving the Military Cross for his leadership in Afghanistan. He has extensive experience as a leadership and strategy consultant in both the corporate and charitable sectors, as well as holding significant roles such as a Chief of Staff at Ashford and St Peters NHS hospitals trust.
Paul Goodman
Paul, with over 34 years of experience in accountancy and industry roles, is known for his expertise in the SME market and commitment to integrity, having served as Chair of the NACFB for 10 years, and on the Government's Business Finance Council. He now brings his knowledge to Finance for Forces to help military personnel secure commercial finance.
